Teller, Commercial Point location
Provide the highest level of Service Excellence to businesses and individual customers, and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, and make quality refers to other bankers as appropriate. Manage a cash drawer/recycler and perform other teller functions as assigned. Ensure all activities are performed according to bank policies and regulations.
â² Operate cash drawer/recycler with high level or accuracy
â² Process customer financial transactions including deposit and loan business
â² Accepts checks for cashing or paying; verifies endorsement, validity, and funds
â² Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, and make quality referrals to other bankers when appropriate
â² Refers large or unusual transactions to a more experienced teller or banker
â² Sells money orders, cashier’s checks, and processes cash advances
â² Processes U.S. savings bonds for payment
â² Answer phones, greet customers, and assist with directing lobby traffic as needed
â² Perform ATM responsibilities as outlined by manager
â² Ability to maintain established cash handling standards
â² Consistently follows established bank policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines
â² Demonstrates Service Excellence in all customer interactions
â² Maintains work areas according to branch standards or other established security procedures
